About Lance
Lance's love for real estate runs deep in his veins, going back generations. The lessons he learned from his REALTOR grandmother, builder grandfather, and REALTOR mother have helped him develop the negotiation techniques, relationship building, and communication skills needed to be a successful agent.
Before becoming a REALTOR himself, Lance spent over 20 years working with some of Austin's major technology companies. As his mother grew her business year after year and became one of the city's top producing agents, he was there to help her evolve her technology to keep up with the growing demands of the real estate industry.
In 2020, Lance decided to make the jump to full-time real estate, joining his mother and brother-in-law on the Gail and Ben Team at Realty Austin. A true family-run business, they thrive on serving all of their clients with dedication and integrity.
