Lance Hawkins

Lance was born in Washington, DC, and raised in Prince George’s County Maryland right outside of the District of Columbia. He attended Dematha Catholic High School in Hyattsville, Maryland, and continued his studies earning a Masters of Science in Cybersecurity and a Masters of Business Administration at the University of Maryland. For 13 years, and counting, he has worked in the fast-paced and demanding working environment of the federal government in downtown Washington, DC.

Having been born to a father who is a 20-year retired army captain and self-taught carpenter from North East Washington DC and a mother who is a real estate investor and rehabilitator from South East Washington, DC, Lance has the pedigree for real estate and a passion for the industry and his clients to match. Lance’s expertise lies in his rigorous work ethic and dedication to his clients, his intimate knowledge of the Washington DC metropolitan area, his eye for seeing potential issues, and having “visions” for spaces that the untrained eye cannot. Lance’s personal experience in real estate and his professional experience in high-pressure environments allow him to give a well-rounded approach to his clients and real-estate alike.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends including cooking for them. Lance also enjoys physical fitness including nutrition, boxing, playing sports, working on automobiles, and expanding his knowledge of the real estate industry.
