Lan began her career as a Loan Officer with an Independent Mortgage Broker in the East Bay. She understands crucial loan guidelines and what lenders require when obtaining loan approval. This knowledge and resource allows for expert guidance for all her clients. Lan Ha also has a strong background in the investment arena. She herself is a savvy investor, has renovated many residential properties, and now specializes in marketing and selling high-end homes. Her well rounded real estate background coupled with sincerity and enthusiasm will allow her to successfully guide her clients through their real estate transactions.
