About Lakendria

Lakendria's extensive experience in multi-family property management and residential sales has equipped her with the knowledge her clients need when achieving their real estate investment goals. Lakendria partners with both buyers and sellers when purchasing or selling single family homes, townhomes, condos, multi-family properties, and new construction homes.

She has built a solid foundation of clients in the Raleigh, NC community through her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put her client’s needs first.She studied business marketing at The University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) and afterward began work in multi-family property management. Passionate about negotiating on her clients behalf, leaning in on the makeup of the home, and strategically focusing on price/profit, Lakendria has continued to leverage her know-how and experience to exceed her client’s expectations.

Active in the community, Lakendria is an active member and volunteer with her children's school PTA. She is also a member of the Home Builder's Association of Raleigh-Wake County and volunteers on two committees. When Lakendria isn't making homeownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys reading, being a soccer mom, brunch dates with friends and spending time with her amazing husband and three children.
