About Samantha

Born and raised in Marin County, Sam moved to Tahoe over 30 years ago to live the lifestyle her clients seek. She began her real estate career in 1998 and shares over 25 years of Tahoe/Truckee real estate sales with her clients.

Sam prides herself on being authentic, tenacious, and adventurous. She goes beyond the status quo when it comes to helping her clients stage and prepares a home for sale. Passionate about interior design and a perfect online presentation, she is well known for going the extra mile to ensure a seamless and successful transaction for all of her clients. A testament to why over 80% of her business comes from repeat clients and referrals.

Sam has intimate knowledge of Tahoe’s most sought-after lifestyle communities ranging from ski-in/ski-out to golf course to lakefronts and new construction. She understands the disclosures, homeowner commitments, and governing bodies that a buyer or seller may encounter across the region’s diverse collection of communities.

Sam’s name is well known and respected in Tahoe City and surrounding areas. Sam’s husband, Jeff has been as local since the 60’s where he owns and operates the family hardware store in Tahoe City with the family namesake. Sam’s connections in this community go far beyond real estate and she encourages her clients to reach out with any questions following the buying process.

Sam lives in Truckee with her husband. Their two sons Shane 22, and Bennett 19 are in professional off-road sports and school at San Diego State respectively. Sam enjoys hiking, camping, cheering on the SF Giants, waterskiing, XC skiing, and spending time with her Alaskan Malamutes and Golden Retriever.
