He served as an emissary and expert witness during Coastal Commission hearingsāhis testimony helped create Sunset Ridge Park and as the Past President of the Newport Beach of Realtors he defended the rights of Bayfront property owners.
Before California, there were other chaptersāeach sharpening his edge. He led national ad campaigns that moved markets, then served as a media correspondent for a U.S. Senator, writing from the frontlines of legislation and negotiation. In banking, he managed mortgage divisions for some of the countryās top firms. These werenāt just rĆ©sumĆ© items. They were experiences that shaped a broker who sees the full boardāstrategy, risk, and timing.
