About Chase
Chase Campen has been a top-producing agent for more than two decades. Chase began his career building a business primarily focused in the Hollywood Hills. Since then, years of repeat business and referrals have stretched his market from Hancock Park and the Hollywood Hills out to the beaches – including the South Bay, Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades and Malibu. He continues to rank as one of the top performing agents in Los Angeles, and was recently honored in the America's Best List ranking among the top 1/2 of 1% by volume of the 1.4M+ real estate professionals in the country.
Chase’s specialty is the selling and leasing of residential property, including single family homes, condominiums and multi-unit properties. He has also been retained many times over the years by various banking institutions to sell their inventory. These financial institutions require agents to go through a strict market evaluation process and adhere to a detailed marketing plan, tasks which mesh well with Chase’s skillset. His attention to detail and professionalism have also made him a popular referral among business managers, attorneys, and financial advisors.

Chase is past president of the Wilshire Rotary Club, a community service organization that places an emphasis on business ethics. He has served in several leadership capacities in the real estate industry and is the founder and host of Larchmont Living's Distinguished Speaker Series. He is the past General Chair of the Jonathan Club Breakfast Club, past Board Chair of the Anderson Munger Family YMCA, past President of the Marlborough Parent Board, and President of the Breakfast Panel at the California Club. Chase spent more than 10 years coaching numerous little league teams and mentoring youths in the process. He has an English degree from Florida State University and a Masters degree from St. Thomas University. Chase has three wonderful children and resides in Hancock Park.
