In addition to his professional achievements, Charles has been actively involved in charitable organizations including Rotary. He served as the president of the Charitable Assistance Fund, the charitable arm of the Laguna Board of Realtors®, served as president of the Laguna Board of Realtors, and has volunteered for Habitat for Humanity and Meals on Wheels.
