About Kyrsten
Kyrsten is a Principal and fully licensed agent with the Green Littlepage Group of Compass, covering Washington, Maryland, and Virginia. Her love for the industry stemmed from her mother, who has been a Broker for over 40 years. Growing up, she witnessed firsthand the thrill and hardwork it takes to assist clients in their most coveted and significant transactions. With more than 9 years sales experience, she continues to provide exceptional service, honed negotiation skills, and utmost professionalism when working with her clients.
Kyrsten's non-real estate career began at ESPN where she worked in television production, writing and editing, at its Connecticut headquarters. Following her move to Washington, she joined WeddingWire Inc, the international leading wedding website based in Chevy Chase. There, she was responsible for developing and selling marketing strategies to small businesses in the wedding industry. She uses her sophisticated writing and communication experience and knowledge for technology to create a competitive edge for her clients.
Graduating first in her class, Kyrsten was awarded the School of Journalism's Top Scholar award at West Virginia University.
When she is not serving her clients, Kyrsten spends her time volunteering for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the Alzheimer's Association, and traveling to Malawi, Africa with the Hamels Foundation, where she assists in building schools and bettering the education system for Malawian children. She is also involved with the West Virginia University Alumni Association's National Capital Chapter and has been a long time supporter of the DC Arts scene. A ballet dancer for over 22 years, Kyrsten engulfs herself in the Washington city life, popping in dance classes, and attending local theater performances.
Kyrsten resides in Chevy Chase, DC, where she lives with her family.
