"My realtor, Kyna Savedge was excellent! She made the whole process seamless. I was relocating from New Jersey to Charlotte, North Carolina and wasn't too familiar with the area as I had only visited a few times. Kyna made sure to organize multiple showings for when I did schedule to fly in town for the weekends. She would even offer to pick me up from the airport or hotel to drive me around to the showings. Kyna was very knowledgeable often asking the sellers questions that I didn't think of. She would even go to showings without me as I couldn't always be there and take videos and give me her honest observations. She lives in Charlotte so she knew which areas would interest me as I needed to be near restaurants, grocery stores, uptown, and the airport. I ultimately decided to build in a planned community. Kyna already had a relationship with the developer's sells team and made sure they stayed on top of everything. I started my home search in March, 2023 and put my deposit down on a lot in May, 2023 and closed once the house was finished November 30, 2023. Kyna set up all my private home inspections and was present for all of them as well as I couldn't be due to work. She gave me a great monogramed congratulations on the closing gift as well. My parents hired Kyna to find the house which was quite the task considering my mom's disabilities and a limited budget.
