A dedicated real estate professional with a deep-rooted connection to the vibrant city of New York. Born in the heart of Manhattan, Kyle moved to Connecticut at a young age, but always knew she would one day make NYC her home again.
Having graduated from Fordham University, Kyle’s accumulated nearly 15 years of invaluable experience as a ‘New Yorker,’ allowing her to navigate the city's diverse areas and neighborhoods with expertise and finesse. Today, she is a proud member of The Heard | Khedr Team at Compass, an award-winning group with more than 500 transactions and $150M+ in total sales.
Kyle's journey into real estate was sparked by a serendipitous experience as a personal assistant, where she helped find a new luxury Upper West Side home. This exposure to multimillion-dollar listings and the world of interior design ignited her passion for real estate, leading her back to her true calling after a career in journalism and politics.
In addition to her professional real estate pursuits, Kyle is working towards earning a home staging and interior design certificate. Going the extra mile with helping clients organize and stage their homes is something she is very passionate about, finding it almost necessary in today’s luxury environment. Her dedication is fueled by her unwavering adoration for the city and her commitment to providing unparalleled guidance and support to her clients.
In her free time, she enjoys immersing herself in the rich culinary world of New York, with a keen eye for exploring local hidden gems across all five boroughs. She currently resides in the Upper East Side alongside her husband and their dog.
