Kyle is the former Head of Marketing and Technology at Alternative Business Accommodations, one of the largest corporate housing firms in the U.S., managing over 300 apartments and $300M in real estate assets across the New York metropolitan area. His leadership in digital strategy and revenue optimization helped position the company as a national leader in its space.

Building on this foundation, Kyle has become an active investor and operator in the short-term rental industry. He recently acquired three Airbnb properties across New York, New Jersey, and Cleveland, generating over 20% IRR through careful underwriting, operational efficiency, and pricing strategy.
