Krisztian Nagy is an outstanding realtor who is very responsive, and dedicated to providing stellar service to his clients. A little over 3 years ago my wife and I moved from California to Miami. We sold our home in California but we were not ready to buy a home in Miami because we wanted to experience living in different neighborhoods first. In January of this year (2020), my wife decided it was time to buy a home here in South Florida. We interviewed a few realtors but weren't really sold on any of them. Then my wife told me about a realtor (Krisztian) that she has been in touch with ever since we moved to Miami. She said that he would check in with her every six months or so and she would tell him that we were not ready yet and that he should check back in a few months. We had our first meeting with Krisztian and he was very professional. He asked us what we wanted in a home and neighborhood, and he explained the process. Then he gave us a list of homes in various neighborhoods and told us to do a drive by to see if we like the neighborhood and the homes before going to see the home. We thought that was a brilliant idea because we weren’t showing up to see a home only to realize we didn’t like the neighborhood. Krisztian was always available to us – we felt like we were his only client. When we did find a property, Krisztian went above and beyond to make sure that we were getting the best deal and that the inspections and repairs went smoothly. I know this is long but I wanted to give some context as to why I think that we were very fortunate to have Krisztian as our realtor. He is absolutely a warm and friendly person that knows his stuff and we highly recommend him to everyone.
