About Kristy
Kristy has been a licensed real estate agent in Delaware for over 20 years. In her many years of selling homes, her experience has become invaluable to The Mottola Group. Kristy is hands-on in every aspect of the business, from assisting buyers to find their ideal new home to working side-by-side with her brother-in-law, Stephen, where she performs a dual function of managing the details of client needs such as working hands on with sellers to prepare their home for listing, inspections and closings; as well as managing the range of Mottola Group agents’ needs from marketing to new real estate technology.
