"Kristy, and her colleagues in the Mottola Group, have been taking care of buying and selling our homes for the past 22 years. Each time, and especially this most recent house sale/house purchase, her expertise and close relationships with other agents ensured that we got the best experience possible. In a tight market, Kristy’s hard work allowed us to purchase the house of our dreams when we could have otherwise lost it to another buyer. Her advice and connections on the selling side ensured that our updates were cost effective and in line with the desires of today’s buyers. There is no better agent in the 19803 area." - Liza
About Kristy
Kristy has been a licensed real estate agent in Delaware for over 20 years. In her many years of selling homes, her experience has become invaluable to The Mottola Group. Kristy is hands-on in every aspect of the business, from assisting buyers to find their ideal new home to working side-by-side with her brother-in-law, Stephen, where she performs a dual function of managing the details of client needs such as working hands on with sellers to prepare their home for listing, inspections and closings; as well as managing the range of Mottola Group agents’ needs from marketing to new real estate technology. Because of this breadth and depth of knowledge, she is the go-to for her clients. Her invaluable expertise ensures that The Mottola Group clients have a smooth home sale and purchase experience.
Kristy resides in North Wilmington with her husband and their two sons. She enjoys volunteer work including The Christmas Shop Foundation/Perfect Gift which had benefitted Delaware charities for nearly 100 years and is currently a member of the St. Mary Magdalen School Board.
