In 2018, Kristine joined Compass, with confidence and enthusiasm, after searching to find a brokerage that not only represents the future of real-estate, but one with vision. Kristine believes Compass has combined the most innovative systems, tools and technology to enable their agents to provide the highest level of customer service in the industry.
As a newly licensed agent in 2004, Kristine joined the Brentwood office of one of the most reputable brokerages on the Westside of Los Angeles. She was fortunate to begin at a time when the Westside in particular was experiencing one of the most fast-paced and competitive markets to date. Kristine quickly adapted to this pace, and learned how to navigate though the volatile process of extremely low inventory combined with a very high demand for luxury homes in her market. By networking with other agents on a daily basis not only within her company but directly with seller's as well, she was able to discover a multitude of “off-market” properties. Her clients then had several advantages of seeing or knowing about homes before others that were actively looking to sell or buy in the local markets Her ability to be available at a moments notice combined with her strong desire to “win” for her clients, led to a multitude of successful accepted offers, closings and ultimately many satisfied clients.
Kristine has continued to grow her business by building on that knowledge and adapting to new technology. She welcomes not only the challenges of representing first-time buyers, but also maintaining continued communication with her past clients, most of which are from the sports or entertainment industries. Her transactions comprise a wide range of properties, from high-end luxury leases, to multi-million dollar single family residences, as well as investment properties.
For the past Eighteen years,, she has had a commitment and strong belief that honesty and integrity within her field are worth far more than one single transaction. Those core values have sustained an impressive track record of over $90 million in sales volume to date, from the Westside of Los Angeles, Pacific Palisades to Malibu, to the San Fernando Valley and Westlake Village. Kristine’s gained much of her knowledge personally, in the SoCal region, after locally growing up in Sherman Oaks, attending college at USC., and living in several of those areas such as Westwood, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Malibu and Westlake Village. She has also been an avid football fan, of not only her college team but the NFL as well. When she is at home, baking is her passion, and spending time with her three grown children. She also enjoys entertaining friends and family at home, or shopping for unique finds at local flea markets. For the past 25 years, she continues to dedicate time, by helping a few specific charities that are meaningful to her. Those include the NFL Retired Players' Foundation for CTE research. the Annual Cedars Sinai Sports Spectacular Gala for Genetic Birth Defects Research and many local animal rescues.
