Kristina Kaplan Wallison is a trusted real estate advisor to both individual clients and developers. With over 20 years of experience, Kristina brings her wisdom and enthusiasm to every new project. Kristina and her partner Robert McCain have been responsible for over $1 billion in sales.
A life-long New Yorker who has lived on the Upper East Side, Upper West Side, Midtown, Greenwich Village, Noho, Soho and Tribeca, Kristina has a depth of neighborhood knowledge, an excellent eye and an ability to identify wonderful properties in which to live and invest. She consistently provides thorough information, negotiates the best possible terms, and creatively markets and sells her team’s exclusives. Kristina is known as a caring broker who listens to her clients and does her best to help them realize their goals and dreams.
Kristina and Robert were the Directors of Sales for prestigious luxury buildings such as 70 Vestry, designed by Robert A.M. Stern and Daniel Romualdez and developed by the Related Companies, Philip House on the Upper East Side, Devonshire House in Greenwich Village, and 48 Bond in Noho.
Kristina received an AB from Harvard College with high honors and an MBA from Columbia Business School. She also attended The Spence School in NYC and graduated from Phillips Academy in Andover, MA. Prior to entering the world of real estate, she worked at the management-consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton advising media and entertainment companies on business strategy, and at ABC News.
Kristina lives with her husband and three children in Carnegie Hill on the Upper East Side of New York City. She is passionate about her home town and is a great source for restaurants, museums, and upcoming dance performances, concerts and opera. In her free time she enjoys visiting with family in the Hamptons, Aspen, Los Angeles, and Stockholm, and she has traveled extensively in Europe and Asia.
