About Kristin
Kristin believes that successful real estate transactions come about as a result of clear and open communications, particularly regarding the needs and expectations of her clients and market conditions. She understands that every client has unique requirements and circumstances and that the journey to achieving a successful transaction will be different each time.
Kristin is proactive and anticipates changes during the buying/selling/negotiating process. She has strategies ready to support her clients as changes occur. Kristin believes in servicing clients for their lifetime. Whether buying, selling, or simply maintaining your home, Kristin is your complete real estate resource. She serves her clients by pursuing standards of excellence and personal relationships while providing complete professional support throughout the home buying/selling process, as well as the entire homeownership lifecycle. Kristin embraces the use of technology as a tool to help her communicate with clients. Kristin utilizes effective social marketing to her advantage to help market her listings. Before becoming a Realtor®, Kristin spent 16 years in the corporate world in Public and Corporate Accounting, successfully servicing clients and preparing financial reports for several Fortune 500 Companies. Most recently Kristin worked for five years with a Houston based Interior Designer in all aspects of the business. As a Realtor®, she holds the industry-specific certification of Certified Negotiations Expert®. She recognizes her work experiences further enhance her value to her clients by providing in-depth knowledge of the “numbers” behind each transaction, expert negotiating skills, an objective view of the presentation of your current home, and can help visualize the possibilities and potential.
