About Kristin
Kristin Miller aims to go above and beyond for all of her clients, always taking the time to listen closely and familiarize herself with their specific needs. Having spent four years as a member of one of the region’s top producing teams, she offers her clients an exceptional level of market knowledge and expertise. Comfortable and confident with a wide range of transactions, her past success has given her the opportunity to work on nearly all types of real estate deals, from luxury townhome sales to studio apartment rentals.
Prior to her career in real estate, Kristin spent nearly a decade in the art industry, working in sales for notable galleries such as The Drawing Room and PACE, as well as consulting for artists and collectors. This experience, combined with her degree in fine art and her passion for interior design, informs her keen instincts for staging a property in order to show off its full potential and leave a lasting impression.
Clients are often quick to compliment her responsiveness, flexibility, and positive, enthusiastic approach to buying and selling, as well as the pressure-free environment she strives to create for them. She relishes the challenge of helping people find a home to start the next chapter in their lives, or make an investment that could become a secure asset for the future. With a patient, thoughtful approach, she aims to fully understand each client’s needs, and work closely with them to exceed their expectations.
A graduate of James Madison University, she currently resides in a carriage house in Brooklyn Heights. In her free time, she enjoys running, hiking, visiting art galleries, and spending time with her three-year-old nephew, as well as her adorable Cavapoo, Bailey.
