For the first 12 years of Kristin's career, she was highly involved in retail sales. She managed major retailers. She loves running the in's and out's of a business. Kristin's husband, Dustin was already enjoying his career in real estate the time their second child came into the world. His passion for real estate led her to be more and more curious. She soon left behind the hectic retail sales job for this big dream of starting a family business.
