I’m Kristie Carter, your friendly neighborhood real estate broker, and a proud Cal Poly graduate with a degree in Microbiology, and a minor in Psychology. I've had the pleasure of calling the stunning Central Coast home for over two wonderful decades and have been the happy owner of a business here. I feel incredibly lucky to be surrounded by its beauty and to be able to help others discover the charm of this region.

I'm not just about work, though! I’m a mom to two beautiful children. My son is in the Navy, and my daughter is now married. I get to be a pet parent to two delightful little dogs - our bundles of joy, energy, and mischief. When I'm not immersed in the real estate world, you might catch me exploring the winding trails and breathtaking landscapes of the Central Coast, book in hand, or maybe enjoying a hiking adventure! I absolutely love to read and am always up for a good exploration of our amazing local spots, whether downtown SLO, Cayucos, Pismo, Avila, Santa Margarita, or Paso Robles.

She had great local knowledge from street to street in multiple cities which came in handy when we were looking at different homes in different neighborhoods. She handled everything so I could focus on working during the day and not have to worry about paperwork while I was busy. The time that we were looking at homes was extremely unique with the start of COVID in 2020. Great Experience From Beginning to End! Kristie did a terrific job selling my house from the beginning to the end. She was very prepared for our initial meeting and made a great first impression. She did not try to pressure me for the listing, which I liked. After signing her agreement, Kristie had a photographer out the next day who did a great job on the pictures. The pictures were ready within 24 hours and my house was up on all the different real estate websites (including a website specifically for the house) in less than 1 day after I signed her on as my broker. We had our first offer in less than 3 hours after my house went live on the MLS. Whew! In fact, we had over 5 total offers on the property!! Throughout the process, Kristie kept in contact with me daily via, phone, text, or email. We had trials and tribulations with buyers, but she always kept a positive mindset and stayed focused on selling my property.
