I not only have years of experience within new home sales and general brokerage, selling all over the Triangle across Wake and surrounding counties (since 2003, and earning my broker-in-charge designation in 2008), most everyone who meets me says I have an uncanny ability to connect with people with sincerity. Building those relationships with clients, peer agents, builders and other industry connections helps win bids, facilitate smoother transactions, and stay informed. I am also detail-oriented and have an eye for style, which is a great value-add in preparing my listings for market and presenting them in the best possible light.
Making sure my clients genuinely feel my dedication to helping them through one of life’s greatest investments is one of my highest priorities. I am huge into communication and relationship building throughout all facets of the transaction and am dedicated to being an advocate and resource to those I serve. Being a mom of four has taken my skills for problem solving, multi-tasking, and negotiating to next level! But in all seriousness, I am a doer, and I really care about providing full-service level of support to my clients and really protecting them along the way.
