My wife and I started looking for a new home in early 2020 at the emergence of Covid. We were pretty much flying solo at the time and randomly chose to attend an open house on a whim. This is where we first met Kristen. From the first introduction, Kristen was both warmly inviting and professional. We liked her immediately. She kindly offered to take our email information to keep us up to date on new listings. Through a variety of homes that we viewed under Kristen, we became quite close and learned a lot together about the way that the market has changed. She was incredibly supportive, knowledgeable and informative, and her availability is unrivaled. She would answer our emails and texts any hour of the day and make you and your family a personal priority. Aside from Kristen helping us find our dream home, which we plan on staying in forever, she shares the home buying experience with you as if she were part of your family. Once she knows specifically what you are looking for, not only does she take meticulous note of your preferences, but she shares in your excitement and disappointments. She makes the entire experience feel familial. As a nurse for a living, above most I know what it means to be sympathetic and empathetic. Kristen is a reality nurse. She partakes in your emotional experiences and truly is in your corner of the ring. Although our experience was a long arduous one, we dodged a lot of bullets and couldn’t be happier through our experience and end result with Kristen. Every experience is unique and personal. The balancing act of keeping the emotional side of her client in check and being able to get the numbers right, dealing with the other side, negotiating and knowing when it’s time to either go for it or it’s time to walk away is a very hard task to take on. Kristen nails it every time. She has such a respect & empathy for all of the emotions that go into the buying/selling process and takes time to listen and understand what’s important to her clients and is very good at keeping everyone realistic about the process as well as up to date on everything (I don’t know when she sleeps). That being said, as nurturing and warm as she is, I’ve also seen her be able to represent her clients as though she's a mama bear protecting her cubs. She’s a fighter that I would always bet the house on (no pun intended ;). Every single client to her is special. She wants nothing but the best for her clients and will do whatever she can to make it a successful and stress free (as possible) process, even if that means she’s helping you stage the house or raking the yard (yes, this is true)... she’s all in.
