"I recently sold my Osterville house with the professional help of Kriss Stevens. She went over and beyond to get my house sold couldn't have not have done without her! I asked her honest opinion about list price and she went over all the comparisons and explained what could happen if I overpriced it. 2 other agents gave me much higher prices and which gave me false hope of what my house could sell for.
