About Kokoshen
Kokoshen Li has a gift of creating exceptional high-end experiences for her clientele. She is widely celebrated for her keen eye, shrewd negotiations and for upholding an unwavering commitment to integrity. Koko is well-versed in all aspects of the luxury life, having transitioned from a successful career as a fine art dealer into the world of high-end real estate. She joined Extell Marketing Group (EMG) in 2016, where she quickly rose through the ranks to become one of the Senior Sales Executives. While at Extell, she was personally responsible for over $60M of real estate transactions and spearheaded sales at Central Park Tower, One57, One Manhattan Square, Brooklyn Point and The Kent.
Koko’s innately artistic and entrepreneurial nature has led her through careers ranging from television show host, to magazine publisher, and fine art curator. These experiences give her a unique angle in presenting luxury properties with an innovative eye. Her warm personality and detail-oriented perspective are valuable assets to buyers and sellers alike. She works diligently and uses her passion for creativity to offer effective solutions for her clients and their families.
Alongside her passion for real estate, Koko remains highly involved within the art world and enjoys exercising her creative talents as an independent art curator and new media content producer. She recently established an art foundation that focuses on Chinese-US art and culture exchange. Koko is bi-lingual and bi-cultural. She speaks Mandarin and English fluently, having grown up in Bejing China and has called Manhattan home for over 20 years. She specializes in residential sales and rentals throughout Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
Koko is a member of the Kyle W. Blackmon Team.
