About Koki

Meet Koki Adasi – a proud Washington, DC native, basketball enthusiast, and a real estate pro with a heart for community. Recognized as "100 Best Agents" by Washingtonian Magazine, Koki’s passion for family, hoops, and helping others shines through everything he does. 

A graduate of Magruder High School and Mount Saint Mary’s University, where he also serves on the Board of Trustees, Koki calls Chevy Chase, DC, home. For the past 20 years, he’s been a dynamic force in the DMV real estate scene, from serving as President of GCAAR in 2019, former honoree of Realtor Magazine's '30 Under 30', and leading a team that has closed nearly 1,500 transactions! 

When he’s not closing deals, you’ll find Koki coaching or playing basketball, working on his pickleball game, or supporting local non-profit organizations. A dedicated supporter of Horton's Kids, Koki is more than just a donor—he’s an active volunteer and proud Board member.
