We have worked with Klaus for over two years looking for a particular type of property. Both on island and in California he kept us informed as properties became available. Our particular situation was that we had a unique, beautiful, ocean view property in a remote location, with significant maintenance issues, to be sold by me living in the UK. I was able to visit twice and met with Klaus. As Covid struck I could no longer visit. Klaus had a fantastic knowledge of the local area and was able to locate and facilitate professionals to deal with among other issues, cleaning the property, and tackling the encroaching jungle, to allow the house to present itself in the best light. Klaus was available 24/7 and his advice was always good - he had a solution to every hurdle that presented itself. I personally have never had such a level of service selling a property.
