"I got to know Kitty since Sep. 2019 when my wife and I thought of buying a house in the San Jose area.
Kitty is very professional, responsive, and excellent in communications. She can quickly get the clients' needs, financial situation, knowledge level of real estate etc. and make a tailored proposal to meet the requirement. My wife and I had a one-hour chat the first time we met with Kitty. We were the first-time buyer with little knowledge of real estate and financing options and no clear goals of what kind of property to buy. "We clearly remember the first time we met Kitty was in the Cupertino’s open house. It was three years ago. We were impressed by her patience , sincerity and professionalism, which led us to invite her to be our agent right away. It turns out we made a wise decision and first impression can mean all for this case.
At the time of meeting Kitty, we just started to look for a house . We were not a first time buyer but we were still struggling with which area we should go for ,South Bay or peninsula and we were even not sure what our budget was.
