Being a really great real estate agent must be incredibly hard because you almost have to be two kinds of people. On one hand you have to be really thoughtful and understanding because you're dealing with people's day-in-day-out personal lives, including their money. On the other, you need to be able to be able to nudge people along and also be an advocate, drawing a firm line sometimes and negotiating through difficult situations. Kira has found a way to fuse it all into one. Words cannot express how grateful we are to have found Kira Greene during our relocation from the Boston area to the Providence area. We dealt with several agents during the initial stages of our house hunt, but once we met with Kira, we knew we had found ‘the one!’ Despite entering a dead late fall/holiday market, Kira managed to learn exactly what we needed in a home, and find several options to fit those needs. Her communication with us throughout the entire process was never lacking, and she was always available to us whenever we had questions or just needed to vent! We were always able to view properties prior to open houses, affording us the extra time to process what we’d seen without the pressure of needing to make a snap decision. Also of note- we did all of this with a new baby, and Kira proved to be the best babysitter while we walked around each house, treating our daughter like her own. Upon a recommendation from a friend, I contacted Kira. In our first conversation, I realized she really listened and understood what our family wanted in an East Side Home. Because we were moving from New Jersey, Kira and I corresponded via phone and email for over a month before we finalized our decision to move to Providence, but at all times she was warm, available and (most importantly) honest in providing advice and information. When we were finally able to visit as a family to look at houses, Kira was diligent at finding and scheduling relevant showings for us. Her patience to take us to all the houses in a one day due to our schedule was near-heroic. The 4th house we visited had everything we wanted.
