"I sought Michael out when I heard he had set the record for the best sales price in the neighborhood. Well, he set that record again when he sold my house. He still holds it today. Michael takes listing a house to the other extreme. Michael looks at listing the house as a complicated job with many facets. He did everything from helping us improve the property to timing the listing to maximize the sales price. We hired him to get us $1M for our house and he got $1,150M instead. Michael looks at selling a house as you would yourself. Before the listing, he found a contractor to fix our patio and then managed him. He brought a painter to improve the inside and out, then he managed him. Both of these guys needed to make a second trip out to tweak their work and Michael got them both back out to perfect their work.We had floors cleaned, carpets shampooed, and a strategy about how to stage the house. Michael even painted some outdoor fixtures himself to make the curb appeal stand out.
