About Kimberlee
Kimberlee has a unique and intimate understanding of Manhattan. An alumna of Columbia University’s Graduate School of Arts & Sciences and Barnard College, she has called the Upper West Side ‘home’ for more than twenty-five years. Fusing her 17 years experience as a real estate agent in Manhattan with her formal training in linguistics and anthropology along with a decade of professional experience in strategic marketing and business management, Kimberlee brings a singular skill-set and cutting-edge perspective to her real estate consulting services. Her sophisticated approach, innovative strategies, and consummate negotiating techniques enable her to successfully finesse and resolve the many possible issues that often block a deal. In real estate, a special blend of experience, knowledge, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail is critical; Kimberlee consistently delivers this to her clients and customers. Plus she provides them with a competitive advantage through her extensive knowledge and analysis of the dynamics of the current marketplace.
In an industry where reputation and integrity are of paramount importance, Kimberlee has earned the respect of her colleagues. Attorneys, mortgage brokers and other real estate agents who have called her a “consummate professional”—and always add, “she’s a pleasure to work with.” These qualities are immediately recognized by the many seasoned buyers and sellers, and first time buyers alike, who have worked with Kimberlee. All have been uniformly impressed with her extensive knowledge, expertise, sincerity, and most importantly, with her ability to close even the toughest deal. A past first time buyer of Kimberlee’s had this to say: “Purchasing a home is an emotional and financial decision that changes your life...the right decision and strategy are a combination of your own efforts, partnered with those of a seasoned professional, like Kimberlee Halligan...she coached us through all the details and stages of being a first time buyer including negotiating customized details that were initially not possible. And she did so with genuine personality and patience. As a result we purchased our dream home!”
Kimberlee also has keen insight into the way in which residential real estate investments often represent an individual’s single greatest financial and emotional commitment. She therefore provides all her clients and customers with a thorough understanding of the particular ‘niche’ which their targeted sale or purchase represents in the current marketplace. This empowers her sellers and buyers with confidence to make truly informed and educated decisions. She also gives seminars on a variety of different real estate topics—from ‘First Time Home Buyers’ to ‘Real Estate as Investment’ to ‘1031 Exchanges’. Call her for a full list of topics.
