Kim Howard

Kim was born and raised in the North suburbs of Chicago. Shortly after receiving her B.A. from the University of Arizona Kim returned home to Chicago. After a successful career in sales and account management in the early years of GrubHub, Kim turned to her love of Chicago and helping people find their dream home. Having resided in Lincoln Square, Roscoe Village, Ukrainian Village, Lakeview, Kim has a broad knowledge of many great neighborhoods throughout the city. She is also very familiar with the Chicago suburbs as she grew up in Mundelein and now resides in Mount Prospect. Kim strives to help meet buyers and sellers needs and ensure their happiness. When Kim isn't focusing on real estate she's spending time with her husband, two boys, and dog. Kim has helped raised money for Epilepsy awareness for the Danny Did Foundation as well as PAWS Chicago. Kim looks forward to utilizing her market knowledge and hard working sales background to help you fall in love with your next home.
