Kim Henderson

Kim Henderson is a Middle Tennessee native and a seasoned real estate agent who specializes in connecting families with their dream homes. As the daughter of a builder, Kim’s love of real estate runs deep, and she has a natural talent for finding hidden gems for her clients and advocating for them every step of the way.

In the past 5 years, Kim has closed $30+ million in property sales and has consistently been a top-producing agent in the Middle Tennessee market. She attributes her success to providing the highest level of service to her clients and truly understanding their needs and wants. She is a relocation specialist and has helped dozens of families find their “happy place” in Middle Tennessee. Kim’s true passion lies in empowering others and giving wings to their dreams, visions, and goals, while helping integrate them into communities where they will thrive!

As a native Tennessean, Kim has made it her mission to know all of the “must-go” and “must-see” spots in beautiful Middle Tennessee, and is a natural at finding undiscovered nuggets of perfection. As a recent empty-nester, Kim enjoys traveling with her husband, Tim, to visit their boys in Virginia or spending time with their daughter in Murfreesboro, TN. When not traveling, Kim & Tim love spending their free-time at the lake with their bonus children - their goldendoodles, Josie and Dixie. During the fall, you can find Tim & Kim in the stands at Liberty University watching their son, Austin, play football for the Flames.

In 2022, Kim joined forces with her daughter, Ashley Cherry, to create the Henderson Home Team, and together, they leverage their individual strengths to go above and beyond for their clients.
