About Kim
Kim Hammond joins Laguna Residential Group at Compass from the Keller Williams Urban Dallas Luxury division where she was consistently a top producer. Her background in the telecommunications industry in sales and account management, inherent work ethic, resourcefulness, and creative approach, ensure a smooth transaction for her clients. As a result, the majority of her clients stem from repeat business and referrals. Kim brings a unique combination of right brain/left brain talent that offers the complete package and her eye for design is invaluable when working with clients looking to renovate or simply to recognize a property’s full potential.
Kim lived in east Dallas for 25 years – in both Lakewood and Forest Hills. She currently resides in the Knox District area, next to the Katy Trail. More importantly, growing up in the metroplex and spending her adult life in Dallas has enabled her to have a unique knowledge of the entire DFW area. This is especially of value when working with buyers relocating from out of state; there’s nothing like a broad scope of local knowledge for a newcomer.
Kim loves to paint when time allows and has been an art donor to the annual MDA Charity Auction Gala year after year. Exploring all the unique hiking opportunities around the metroplex is her latest interest. And as a “foodie” Kim enjoys exploring all the great Dallas restaurants.
