About Kevin
My passion has always been connecting people with the places and opportunities that will take their life to the next level. I have knowledge of the real estate market across the greater Bay Area, from San Francisco to Palo Alto, all the way to Sacramento. I attended school in San Francisco and was instantly drawn to the buzz and forward-thinking entrepreneurs that make up Silicon Valley. I love that you can wake up on a Saturday and go to a Giant’s game, an art museum, hike or try a new vegan restaurant. I’ve played sports since I could walk—track, basketball, and football through high school and at Oregon State. The lessons I learned on the field, translate to the realtor I am. I don’t run from hard work. I’m not looking for a shortcut. Regardless of price point, each client deserves my best and a level of service that’s second to none.
 
The sports world is competitive. The real estate market can be too. But while sports don’t always have a lot of longevity, real estate does. Whether you’re coming off a team or coming up in the high-tech world, I’m passionate about helping people diversify investments and make smart real estate decisions for their future. Outside of real estate, I never miss a Raiders game, I’m a bit of a fitness enthusiast and a beach vacation is always my first choice. Time spent with friends and family is what it’s all about, and whether it’s sports, finance, or life skills—I have an affinity for coaching others. I worked at a school for young adults with autism and had my first unofficial real estate experience helping a student transition out of the program and into his first apartment. It was a 9-month process and set the stage for the type of realtor I am today. When I say client first, I mean it. The only deal we’re closing is the one that makes sense for you—no matter how long it takes. My passion isn’t just finding you a home. It’s helping you uncover opportunities, achieve financial security and cultivate a lifestyle.
