Since 2004 Kevin has built a real estate practice that specializes in commercial and residential real estate in San Francisco.
Raised around Bay Area real estate as a part of his aunt’s multi-generational brokerage, Kevin started by helping with open houses during his college years at UC Berkeley, to closing over $25M in home sales each year. During his career, his sales have totaled 250+ transactions and $350M+ in volume, ranking in the nation’s top 1.5% of realtors and the top 10% of agents in SF* annually.
Kevin is also an active property manager servicing approximately 40 doors throughout SF Bay Area. He helps his clients with everything from buying and selling to negotiating commercial leases, dealing with tenant issues, and referring painters, movers, contractors–even nannies. His first priority is to be a lifelong resource and partner for his clients.
Real estate has been pivotal to Kevin’s life not just in professional development–it paved the way to growing and raising his family. In his first year as a full-time agent, a Cal alumna entrusted him to purchase her first condo, just blocks from where she birthed the first of their two sons years later. Today Kevin’s family lives in the Inner Richmond district of San Francisco, where Kevin enjoys running by Golden Gate Park. In his free time, Kevin coaches his sons' baseball and soccer teams and has been volunteering as a cross-country and track coach for Stuart Hall High School since 2004.
