Thrilled to announce that I have been elected to serve on the Encintas 101 Mainstreet Association Board! The board serves as a liaison between downtown businesses, residents and city hall and seeks to preserve community character while adapting to the changing needs of the future. A resident of coastal North County for over 35 years, Kevin has seen the area’s quiet beach towns transform into some of the most sought after residential areas in all of California. With beautiful beaches and a communities that embrace the outdoor lifestyle, Kevin understands what brings people to the area and why it is so special to those who reside here.
Prior to starting his career in real estate, Kevin worked as a professional photographer. His background trained him to pay special attention to light, design and architecture which facilitated his career pivot into the real estate industry. His photography clients include some of the biggest companies in the technology sector, such as Qualcomm.
As an artist and entrepreneur, Kevin understands the need in any business for fresh perspectives, creative problem solving, and best-in-class customer service. He is proud to join Compass aside his business partner who brings over 20 years of real estate experience to the table. Along with a regional management team with over 100 years of combined industry experience, Compass offers clients the benefit of the leading technology platform and a national network of top producing agents.
Kevin purchased his first home and raised his daughter in Encinitas. When he’s not with his clients, you can find him on a photography assignment, surfing, or riding his vintage Honda motorcycle. Kevin holds a BA from the University of California at San Diego in Visual Arts and now serves on the Encinitas 101 Mainstreet Association Board.
