About Kevin
Kevin currently serves as the Compass RE Sales Manager for agents in the Chestnut Hill/Philadelphia branch office as well as the suburban Ambler office. Prior to accepting his position at Compass in 2021, Kevin ran one of the largest Coldwell Banker Realty offices in Suburban Philadelphia serving as Vice President and Branch Manager.
Kevin was raised in a Real Estate family and was first licensed in 1993 at Prudential Reddington Realtors in Glenside, Montgomery County. Over the next 20 years Kevin was consistently ranked in the top 5% of all Prudential Real Estate Agents worldwide and earned the prestigious Presidents Circle Award for many years. In 2015 Kevin affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty and became one of the top agents in the Philadelphia Region. In 2017 Kevin was offered the opportunity to join the leadership team and he jumped at the opportunity. " I had a very successful sales career as an agent and loved working with my clients and helping them with their goals, but I felt unfulfilled. The chance at helping other agents achieve their goals and dreams was much more appealing" says Reddington. As a non compete manager, Kevin's sole focus is his agents and their businesses. "At Compass, I don't have to recruit. I spend every day helping my agents with growing and streamlining their businesses, I love it".
Kevin currently lives in Flourtown PA with his wife and four children. In his spare time he enjoys walks on the beach in Sea Isle City NJ and skiing in Beaver Creek Colorado.
