Kevin Lee

Kevin joined The Vassar Broermann Group in 2019 and is licensed in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. He earned his Masters degree from Johns Hopkins SAIS and his Bachelors from the University of Michigan. Prior to his real estate career, Kevin successfully owned and operated several businesses in the District, including the popular Duplex Diner in Adams Morgan. Kevin has lived in DC for more than 20 years and currently resides in Bethesda.

Kevin prides himself on his transparency with his clients and attention to detail, earning their trust with his straightforward approach to his work. He strives to make the process of buying and selling a home an enjoyable and seamless experience for his clients, combining expertise and exceptional negotiating skills to consistently produce smooth transactions. Kevin has had multiple clients entrust him with the sale and purchase of their home while they were living overseas and works with many first-time homebuyers, guiding them through the process of looking for their first home.

In his free time, Kevin enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending time outdoors hiking or walking with his husband and rescue pups.
