Kevin Grahn

Kevin listens carefully to understand what his clients need then does whatever it takes to exceed their expectations. He is honest, knowledgeable and detail oriented. Kevin has had a long passion for real estate and began investing in California properties after moving here in 1982.Kevin graduated from the University of Michigan (BS Mechanical Engineering) and joined IBM working in the United States, Japan, and Germany as a design engineer and later as a sales representative in Los Angeles. He has held additional sales management positions with several high technology companies and provided premier customer service to executive level clients at Entertainment and Aerospace companies.Kevin constructed his own home in La Canada. He has a working knowledge of land values, construction regulations, building costs, and financing which help him recognize the true potential value of a home.Kevin has twin girls; one attends La Canada High School and the other Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy. Kevin is an avid golfer and member of Oakmont Country Club in Glendale where he is currently serving on the Board of Directors.
