About Kevin
Kevin Gehl is an Emmy Award-winning sports broadcaster with his current work as a play-by-play announcer airing on ESPN, NESN, and NBC Sports Boston. He specializes in the distinct real estate needs of athletes, coaches, and media personalities through his industry knowledge and experience as Director of Sports & Entertainment Division for The Collective at Compass. 

Kevin is a luxury real estate expert in Greater Boston using his combined strengths of communication, market analysis, and concierge service to engage clients throughout the entire buying, selling, and luxury leasing process. He enjoys membership with top-producing agents for The Collective at Compass. They are consistent leaders in the industry by sales volume and provide more sellers than any other team in New England with the services of Compass's signature program: Compass Concierge.

Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Kevin graduated from the University of Missouri and then called a handful of other real estate markets home including Manhattan, D.C., and Detroit. Kevin's real estate lens focuses from coast to coast as he taps into a nationwide network of elite Compass agents to assist his clients in relocations.

Kevin lives in Back Bay with his wife and business partner, Lara Shuqom Gehl. He's an avid golfer and loves making the short walk from his Newbury St office to Red Sox games at Fenway. Kevin is an active member of The Quin House in Back Bay and the Harvard Club of Boston where he founded the Real Estate Special Interest Group.
