Kevin Dalton

Kevin Dalton is a true New Yorker, coming from 2 generations of Brooklynites on both sides of his family. 

What sets Kevin apart from other agents is his ability to build genuine connections and clear communication with his clients, bolstered by his years as a communication therapist & speech pathologist. His approach to establishing sincere and lasting relationships, coupled with a results-driven focus on getting the job done, has proven to be a formula for success. Having lived in Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill, and downtown Brooklyn, Kevin is a passionate Brooklynite, and loves living in a neighborhood that nearly sells itself. From the tree-lined streets and abundance of parks, to the world-class restaurants and diverse activities - everything from rock climbing to axe throwing, from pilates to pottery - Kevin takes pride in helping his clients discover the beauty of his borough.

Kevin's achievements are as impressive as his local knowledge, having previously run a highly successful, independently-owned speech pathology private practice. Kevin graduated magna cum laude from Hunter College (go Hawks!) with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropological Studies and a Master of Science in Communication Disorders, making him a communication expert in the truest sense. Beyond his professional endeavors, Kevin finds joy in theater (both attending and performing), singing (he's an active member of the New York City Gay Men's Chorus), running, and weightlifting. He is married to a successful interior designer, with whom he shares a 13-year-old dachshund named Gordon.
