Kevin Clark

Kevin is a third-generation Californian with a strong connection to his home state. Kevin got his start in real estate in Sacramento, where he developed a portfolio of residential investment properties across the city. He is passionate about using market research and economic data to equip clients with knowledge about how to navigate the local housing market, and be successful in their transactions. 

Kevin joined Compass in 2022, and is a part of a team that has closed over 350 transactions, manages more than 250 apartment units, and can support clients as they navigate their new home or rental property purchase.

In his spare time, you will likely find Kevin running around McKinley Park or the State Capitol, cycling along the American River trail, or skiing in Tahoe. Kevin takes full advantage of the great outdoors that have driven so many to relocate to the Golden State.
