Kerry Wade

Kerry, originally from the United Kingdom, developed a passion for real estate at an early age. Her parents liked to travel and so they were always searching for homes in new locales, this became the basis for her passion for travel, for homes, and real estate in general.

Kerry has traveled to many parts of the world and lived in the United Kingdom, Milan, Italy, as well as the United States. She first obtained her real estate license in 1999 and began her career by selling multi-residential apartment buildings in Los Angeles. She loves working with income property clients and residential real estate clients alike. She currently sells real estate from Beverly Hills to Orange County.

Kerry also has a background in marketing and project management which enables her to ensure her clients the best possible outcome for their real estate needs, her attention to detail, her management of the entire real estate process, and her unique ability to position buyers and sellers for success makes her an obvious choice for anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.
