I was on a wait list for an apartment and had to accept or decline in 4 days. I immediately called Kerry and at a moment’s notice, she came over to discuss. She laid out her marketing plan for selling the home and helped establish a list price that would give me a great return and move the property as soon as possible.
She gently prodded me to get the house staged to make a big impact. We did it together at a minimum expenditure. She even brought her own outdoor umbrellas and other personal items to enhance the backyard patio and pool area.
