With two open houses the first weekend listed we had multiple offers above asking price. Growing up around his grandfather, a home developer in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Kenyon gained a passion for real estate from a young age. From the experiences shared with his grandfather, to starting down the path of his own career, that passion remains unchanged. Like his grandfather, Kenyon believes in providing clients with a unique experience they will not find anywhere else. His passion for real estate and helping people make Kenyon the "friendly", "professional" and "trustworthy" selection when choosing your real estate professional.  

Planting the roots of his career in Denver, CO in 2018, Kenyon expanded markets to sunny Los Angeles, CA in 2022. Splitting time between the beaches of Santa Monica/Southern California and the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, Kenyon has helped over 90 families achieve their real estate goals over the course of his 6 year career. This has been made possible through aligned partnerships in both regions. Backed by full-time business partners in both California and Colorado, Kenyon's carefully-selected associates aid in the day-to-day operations of his business - ensuring any immediate client needs are taken care of. When he is not helping clients build wealth through real estate or investing in real estate himself, Kenyon can be found at the gym, playing hockey, on a drive, chasing fresh powder to ski, playing golf or at the beach. Kenyon also enjoys live music, exploring new restaurants/local hotspots and spending time with his fiancé and long-haired mini dachshund, Magnolia ("Noli").
