"We liked working with Ken so much than not only did he help with the purchase of our new home we also decided to enlist him in the sale of our old home. We discovered Ken during visits to open houses in the area. Of the many agents we met that day Ken was the one who carefully listened to our description of our dream house and followed up with listings that really reflected what we had shared with him. What added to the complexity of our experience was the fact that we were still living in China during the buying and selling our homes. We only returned periodically to complete the process. Ken went over and above all of our expectations, being exceptionally proactive in evaluating the necessary work to show our property. He helped organize the painters and other contractors, helped us get us quotes for needed work and sign contracts. He met contractors at our houses to help supervise the work getting done, and even paid the bills on our behalf as necessary, as we were still living in China (but of course we paid him back). We were delighted to accept an offer at full price on the first day of showing! Communication was consistent and useful throughout the process of buying and selling. Ken was flexible with us being 12 time zones ahead, and was responsive at all times. We are so happy with our new house. Ken sent only relevant listings, always in our preferred neighborhoods. He refined according to our feedback, narrowing down the choices. He arranged viewings at our convenience and with attention to limited availability on our part.
