About Kenneth

He puts all his energy, effort, and dedication into protecting and fulfilling his client's best interests. After his first year in real estate, Kenny Patton has been in the top 1% of real estate agents in Washington with over $500M in sales.

 
Having been involved in a high volume of transactions, Kenny has extensive experience in removing unknowns early on and structuring deals to ensure the best advantage for his clients. His career in real estate is a relentless full-time, life-long endeavor that he hopes will allow him to help as many people as possible.
 
Born and raised in Hawaii, Kenny moved to Washington in 2001. He purchased his first rental property at 23 years old and found his calling in real estate in 2014.
 
Outside of work, Kenny enjoys attending Seahawks home games, traveling back to Hawaii often to visit his family, and spending time with his wife, Kathleen, and two daughters
