The Kelvin & Dina Team

Kelvin and Dina have nearly twenty-five years of combined real estate experience and understand that buying/selling real estate can be overwhelming and emotional.  Coming from diverse backgrounds, they connect with a wide range of individuals, and their clients often become friends.  With legal and entrepreneurial experience, they are industrious and will work tirelessly to seek the best possible outcome for their clients.  While extremely driven, focused and detail-oriented, Team KD is also easygoing and able to put people at ease.  Avid fitness (Peloton!) enthusiasts, they work as hard for their clients as they do in the gym, always striving to make the process efficient, smooth, and as much fun as possible!

Kelvin is an agent-attorney with nearly two decades of Washington, DC area real estate experience.  Kelvin practiced law and owned his own motorcycle apparel company early in his career, before transitioning to real estate.  His legal and entrepreneurial backgrounds, combined with his involvement in development, have made him extremely familiar with the finer points of a deal.  Kelvin understands real estate "holistically" and possesses a keen sense for all aspects of a transaction, including contract negotiations and anticipating/dealing with potential issues quickly and efficiently. Valuing trust above all else, Kelvin enjoys working with first-time homebuyers and crafting complex deals for seasoned investors alike. 

Kelvin is an entrepreneur at heart, an avid golfer and sports enthusiast, a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., and a prouder father to a middle school-aged son.  

Dina was born in Queens, NY but raised in Rockville, MD.  She attended Brown University, where she studied biology and economics before beginning a career in the financial services industry.  A passionate at-home cook, she also ran her own Greek foods catering business.  Dina combines her extensive knowledge of Montgomery County with her past personal and professional experiences to make all transactions as seamless as possible.  Ingrained with an extremely strong work ethic that was reinforced by her close-knit family, Dina operates with passion and "grit" in all areas of her life.

Dina enjoys the relationship aspect of real estate and treats clients like family, with "Greek hospitality," aiming to make each transaction as smooth as possible.  She believes in hard work and "grit" and thinks that failure is a blessing.  She is surprisingly competitive and loves a good challenge.  A homebody at heart with a love of cooking and baking, Dina is happiest at home, in the kitchen, with a cup of tea and her family.  An avid reader, lover of anything fitness-related, believer that movement is medicine, and a mom of two hockey-playing boys, Dina spends most of her free time freezing in ice rinks up and down the east coast.
