Kelsey Swanson Graf

A true Wisconsinite originally from Green Bay, Kelsey has called the Madison area home since 2015. Her distinctive previous work experience includes advocating for vulnerable children & families and recruiting for local businesses’ technical staffing needs. She was drawn to real estate because of her enthusiasm for all things “home,” her appreciation for her community, and her passion for guiding people through all the transitions and details that come with buying & selling. Kelsey earns the trust of her clients by working tirelessly on their behalf, truly listening to their wants & needs, and offering candid advice & market expertise while empowering them to make sound decisions. 

In her spare time, you can find Kelsey watching any of Wisconsin’s sports teams, trying a new restaurant or brewery, or spending time outdoors, whether it be hiking or out on the water. She lives in Waunakee's Castle Creek neighborhood with her husband, Devin, and their three ginger cats, Moses, Gimli, and Mimi.
