Kelly Salem

Kelly comes to Lila Delman Compass from Compass Chestnut Hill, where she was a member of the Matt Montgomery Group for seven years. Prior to that, she was part of the original sales and marketing team for The Residences at Battery Wharf, a multi-use complex on the Waterfront in Boston featuring residential, hotel and retail space. Kelly has a long history of establishing successful and productive long-term relationships with her customers and clients because of her attention to detail, intelligence, friendly demeanor and commitment to customer service. Kelly possesses an innate ability to help her clients find the perfect home to fit their needs. Born and raised in the Boston suburbs, Kelly is licensed in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She attended college at Clemson University and is a member of the Alumni Association. Her family has enjoyed spending time in Newport County for over a decade, and they have recently decided to make Newport their permanent home. Kelly’s children attend St. Michael’s School, where her husband serves on the Board of Directors. Her favorite charitable endeavors include the MLK Center, NEADS Service Dogs, and, in Massachusetts, the Newton Food Pantry, Center Street Food Pantry and Newton Firefighters’ Children’s Fund. She has run the Boston Marathon five times in support of various causes. Locally, she is a member of The Aquidneck Club, where she enjoys spending time with friends and family.
